Greece is undertaking one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe, in the south suburbs of Athens called Ellinikon. We reproduce video update of the project.
I would like to personally thank you for subscribing to Resi Company’s mailing list. This is our first email of that format with the theme being one of the largest regeneration schemes in Europe that is taking place in the south suburbs of Athens; Lamda Development’s, “Ellinikon”.
Lamda Development, the new owner of the 6.2 million square meter, old Athens airport in the area of Ellinikon, is preparing for a multi-year development of a mixed-use project that will include residential, retail, office, hotel and other property types, as well as the largest green park in the country.
Resi Company and affiliate companies have been analysing and investing in the south suburbs of Athens, that include a number of areas that are expected to benefit from the holistic upgrade of the Athenian Riviera, driven to a large extend from the Ellinikon development.
